All items are shipped via Portugal Post by registered mail and are delivered to you by post in your country. The costs will be:
20gr-50gr : 4,20€
All shipments will receive an international tracking number which will be e-mailed to you once your item is shipped. The time of transport depends on the country.
Please check your address and your data in order to avoid shipping problems.
Orders of ready-made items take within 1-4 business days to be packaged and delivered to shipping services, custom-made orders take 1-2 weeks (depending on the complexity).
In exceptional cases, when certain types of goods are not in stock and are not available from manufacturers and importers, the delivery time might be longer. I'm obliged to inform the buyer as soon as possible at the time of the order's confirmation.
Some countries require customs or other taxes, please check in your country. These costs are the buyer's responsibility and are usually charged at the time of delivery or when you receive the order at your address.
I’m not responsible for any damage resulting from transportation, however, communicated via e-mail: email@example.com, if there is any problem since my primary goal is the satisfaction of my customers.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
In case of order cancellation, it must be communicated within the maximum period 24 hours after confirmation of purchase, before payment.
In case of return by the dissatisfaction of the product, the customer has a period of 7 (seven) days, counting from the date of receipt of the products, to report the anomalies/ inconsistencies of the items via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
Then adequately pack the products and send them back to me at his own expense within 15 days of delivery of the products. After returning the items to me, the buyer will be paid for the returned goods to the bank account within 5 days since I receive the returned items.
The returned products must not be damaged, used, must be in the original packaging and together with the items, the buyer must hand over all documents relating to the items, which he received at the time of purchase.
If the buyer orders products made according to his specific requirements (custom made), it is impossible to return them.
I am not responsible for packages stolen from mailboxes or front doors. Buyers are responsible for providing a space safe for their mail to be delivered. If the package is marked as delivered but has in fact gone missing, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a complaint with the Post Office, using the tracking number that I will provide.
When taking over the goods, the buyer must check the shipment's physical status and completeness. If the shipment is visibly damaged and destroyed, the buyer must immediately contact the seller (sending photos of the package if possible) without taking over the shipment and fill in the Record of damage to the shipment with the shipping company. Any later and subsequent claims for quantity and physical damage to the goods will not be accepted.
