Shipping Policy

Shipping
All items are shipped via Polish Post by registered mail and are delivered to you by post in your country. All shipments will receive an international tracking number which will be e-mailed to you once your item is shipped.
I am not responsible for any damage to the product(s) caused by the Shipping company or any other third parties. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Shipping time
The product shipment date is specified in the Shipping tab.
Please allow 3-10 business days for your order to arrive.
I am not responsible for the date of delivery by the shipping company, but if your order hasn't been delivered after 2 weeks please contact me.

Duties and taxes
Customs duties and import taxes that may apply are borne by the Buyer.
I am not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Personal data
Your personal data is transferred to the shipping company only for the purpose of shipping.
Personal data will be used by the Seller solely for shipping purposes and will be removed after the shipment is completed.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective,
I can't accept returns for:
- custom or personalized orders

Privacy policy

I, Renata Stasiuk, am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my HANDIEU shop.

When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from HANDIEU. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on HANDIEU, I will receive your username and we will be able to have a 'conversation' via HANDIEU.

The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:

- With HANDIEU to comply with my obligations.

- With delivery companies to fulfil your order.

- To comply with legal or tax obligations.

I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period.
