It can take up to 3 business days (depending on the item) to produce your item and make it ready to ship.
It is not possible to refund the money. If the buyer is not satisfied with the product, please contact us to return the product.

There is a problem with my order. How do I fix it?
We must be notified of any issues with your order within 4 business days of delivery. If 4 business days have gone by since delivery, and your items were needed for a specific event, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This will ensure a timely resolution to any issues.
Items returned to us due to an issue with your order must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, not damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If there is an issue with delivery we will need to be notified in 48 hours.
