Shipping Policy

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.


Shipping policy

I ship all ready-made items within 1-3 business days. Custom-made orders take 1-6 weeks (depending on the complexity). 

I use Austrian Post standard delivery with tracking number. It normally takes up to 2 business days to reach addresses in Austria and neighbouring countries, and up to 6 business days in other EU countries. 

I am not responsible for packages stolen from mailboxes or front doors. Buyers are responsible for providing a space safe for their mail to be delivered. If the package is marked as delivered but has in fact gone missing, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a complaint with the Post Office, using the tracking number that I will provide. 


Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellations

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it within 12 hours of placing it. I will refund you within 3 business days.

Items made to order or customized cannot be cancelled free of charge after more than 12 hours. I reserve the right to deduct any costs (materials and/or labor) incurred until the cancellation request is received. 



Returns

I accept returns according to EU regulations. To get a refund, notify me within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back to me within 14 days of notifying me. I will refund you within 3 business days of receiving the item back. The item must be sent back in its original condition, without any damage or modifications. I suggest that you use tracked shipping to make sure it reaches me safely.

The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

I do not accept returns or exchanges on items made to order and/or personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

If the item arrives damaged or faulty, take photos of it in the original package and send them to me within 14 days of delivery. Keep the item until further notice, as it may be required by the insurance company. This is important; I cannot process refunds without proof of damage.



Exchanges

I do not accept exchanges. You can, however, return the item for a refund and place a new order (unless it is made to order or customized).
