Customs duties and import taxes that may apply are borne by the Buyer.
I am not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
I am not responsible for any damage to the product(s) caused by the shipping company or any other third parties.
Personal data will be used by the Seller solely for shipping purposes and will be removed after the shipment completed.
You have 14 days, from the date of delivery, to return the product. This does not apply to personalized products (see CANCELLATION/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY section) that are not subject to refund. If the Buyer does not collect a personalized product, no refund will be provided.
The product must be returned intact.
Return costs are borne by the Buyer.
The refund for the purchased products will take place after the Seller receives the product.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Personalized products are not subject to cancellation, exchange or refund.
Cashless product exchanges are not possible (even if products have the same price). If the Buyer wants to exchange purchased products, the purchased product must be first returned to the Seller according to Refund Policy, then a new product might be purchased by the Buyer in accordance to Seller's policies.
