Shipping Policy

  1. The product shipment date is specified in the Shipping tab.
  2. I am not responsible for the date of delivery by the shipping company. 
  3. Customs duties and import taxes that may apply are borne by the Buyer.
  4. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. 
  5. I am not responsible for any damage to the product(s) caused by the Shipping company or any other third parties.
  6. Your personal data is transferred to the shipping company only for the purpose of shipping.
  7. Personal data will be used by the Seller solely for shipping purposes and will be removed after the shipment is completed.

Refund Policy

  1. You have 14 days, from the date of delivery, to return the product. 
  2. The product must be returned intact.
  3. Return costs are borne by the Buyer.
  4. The refund for the purchased products will take place after the Seller receives the product.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cashless product exchanges are not possible (even if products have the same price). If the Buyer wants to exchange purchased products, the purchased product must be first returned to the Seller according to Refund Policy, then a new product might be purchased by the Buyer in accordance to Seller's policies.
