Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
In case of order cancellation, it must be communicated within the maximum period 1 (one) hour after confirmation of purchase, before payment, so as not to cause logistical disorders to BeKoffee;
In case of return by default of the product, the customer has a period of 15 (fifteen) days, counting from the date of receipt of the articles, to report the physical anomalies/ inconsistencies, via e-mail: email@example.com, with BeKoffee replacing the articles in question;
